Ingredients:

•Bocconcini in whey

Method:

1.Remove Bocconcini from whey and rinse with fresh water.
2.Store in fresh water for no more than 2 to 3 days before use.
3.The skin closest to the whey may still taste a little salty but the rest of the cheese is low salt and quite safe to eat.
