Green Tomato Relish
1lb of tomatoes
1lb of onions
1 ½ cups of sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 tbsp of curry powder
1 tbsp of plain flour
 
Method: Dice onions and tomatoes into a saucepan and then add other ingredients. Bring almost to a boil and stir constantly for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly then bottle. Stores in fridge for up to 3 months.
